Jon Connell and the team that founded the daily e-newsletter in 2021 were looking for ways to accelerate the growth of their readership and revenue.

Dean & Donaldson were commissioned to review the marketing activity based on the existing strategy, analysing channel performance, target audience trends, spend, and conversion data. By digging in to all available research and by reviewing the existing activity, D&D were able to make recommendations around the strategic direction, efficiency of spend and anticipated levels of success with additional suggested routes for monetisation.
